Returns

Items must be:

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Custom-made, personalised and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
